would this harm my baby

so I'm backin Ontario with my family. and I'm playing with my nephews and for a minute forget completely that I'm pregnant my nephews were jumping on the bed and I ran and jumped on the bed but landing on my belly. I'm 14 weeks 4 days pregnant. will this hurt my baby.
I feel ok but :S now I'm freaking out a little bit.

I would think you just gave your little one a bit of a wake up a call if he/she was sleeping soundly but otherwise I shouldn't think you would have done any harm at all. ;-)

thank you so much you put my mind at ease. lol my mom laughed at me for about a half an hour.
but I was so lucky because my nephews who are 4 and 3 were over and I was lying on the floor with my legs up with my eyes closed and my nephew comes over and stumps on my left bb. and I burst out crying.. I was soo scared and thankful he didn't jump pn my stomach cause I doubt that I would be able to recover from anything like that.

Our babies are tucked so securely in the womb that I wouldn't think you hurt the baby at all. I've heard of people having bad car accidents without harming the baby. As long as you feel good I wouldn't worry. I know it's scary when you do something like that b/c you can't help but think the worst!
