worried about preeclampsia :( due nov 11 2012

so i have been online looking up stuff like a hypochondriac..i have read all these horror stories about women getting preeclampsia and hellp syndrome...its really scareing me because i.already have chronic hypertension and seen that i havea 1 in 5 chance of getting this disease...heres why im freaking out..i am 19 weeks 5 days pregnant now and for the past week i have been nauseous and had some vomiting...its not severe or everyday but i just thought it was strange tpo just come back like that...also someties if i will start to feel i guess lile i have low blood sugar and  feel very weak and  tired

If you have chronic hypertension, you should really invest in a home BP monitor. Are you currently taking medications? The symptoms you describe are more likely due to just being pregnant, however better safe then sorry.
