The last few nights I have had to get up out of bed soon after going as the moment  the light goes out an I snuggle down to sleep I start to get this traveling itch and then restless legs an the longer I stay in bed the worse it gets an because my husband has Work an has to get up at 7 I get out of bed sometimes I will sleep on the sofa or after been up till usually 3/4 o clock il go back to bed an il manage to sleep. I am not fussed if I am tired that I can deal with what I can't deal with much longer is the restless legs and itching as I closes my eyes

I heard eating bananas throughout the day really helps with restless legs. Hope it gets better for you :)
