fetal growth difference

Hi,

As per my LMP my fetal age should be 12 weeks and one day.
I had a scan at 6 weeks and heard the heart beat.
it was showing the exact fetal age as per my LMP.
My first scan was tvs. Again I went for a scan at 11 weeks 3 days
but my ultra sound was showing the growth as 11 days 1 one day
This was a abdominal scan.Is everything is ok with my baby?
I am very worried because I am getting vaginal abdominal cramps.

As early as you are its normal to have cramps.. And its normal for the baby to measure weird for awhile. You might not be exactly 12 weeks 1 day, you might be 11 weeks 3 days, or something like that. Its harder to tell when the baby is smaller.

The later you get an ultrasound the less accurate it is.  Count the first one (at 6 weeks) as the most accurate for dating.  After a while it can be two weeks off.  This is because babies grow at different rates.
