I have a 2year old and i am 12weeks pregnant i am always tired and even a little bit of walking hurts sometimes been to the doctor and he says that its all because my body is growing but come on  i cnt even walk accross the road with out becoming light headed... Still so worried that something might be wrong even though i heard the heart beat on thursday...

Take iron.  You might well be anemic.

Im  the same 8 w2d pregnant an a 2 y old girl an verry dizzy and tired but all is good down there try to get more rest and drink alot that what my dod allways say when i complain.
