peeing yourself..

Im 22 weeks and if i sneeze to hard or throw up i pee myself is anyone else having this problem

Yes its ***** lol but on the plus side you have a little blessing that you'll be able to see in a couple of months.

Yes :/ its rather annoying!! Just keep up pelvic floor exercises and a panty liner may help rescue if you sneeze while out and about

Yes! Part of the glamor of pregnancy, those relaxed muscles. Ugh! Plus mine started with baby #1 and has been pretty consistent off and on for the last 14 years. Once I had a nasty 2 week cold and by the 3 or 4th day of consistent coughing, I had to wear a diaper. So lame....im sure my hubby thought I was sexy as hell :/
