6 Weeks and Spotting

Today for the first time I am experiencing light blood as I wipe. I am quite concerned as to if it is normal or if i should be worried.

Well if you're already six weeks it can't be implantation bleeding, but it is normal to get a couple pink spots throughout Ur pregnancy. If you don't mind me asking was it after sex when you experienced the spotting? It could just be Ur cervix. Sometimes when we have sex out can irritate the cervix and cause a little spotting, just Don't do nothing really rough. It could also be a little bit of lining, sometimes bits of the lining can shed due to the stretching. Hope this helps and congratulations! :-)

well, if it's very light with no cramping & it slowly goes away.. I'd assume it was just implantation bleeding. if it continues over the next couple of days I'd just go to the doctor or ER.. they're usually pretty quick to get an ultrasound & let you know what's going on.. from what I've heard/read it's very common early on!

It's a pinkish redish color. It's light just when I wipe. And no cramping.

I'm a ftm, but from what I know it could be implantation bleeding - is it brown, light red? any cramping? some women experience a little blood at the very beginning, but I never did.. I'm 8 weeks & I've just had some discharge every now & then.
