CONTRACTIONS???
Hello im 38 wks had contractions for about 3 hrs every 5 minutes got in the shower and when i got out they started to go away...what should i do!???? Im really scared/ nervous
Time them... Once they're three minutes apart & you feel like the pain is unbearable, but you're not sure, call your OB. They'll ask you on a scale 1 to 10 the pain then they'll tell you head straight to labor & delivery
