Update on "ChickenPox:

I just came back from my doctors with my mother. She wants me to go to for a consultation at the Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia. Apparantly my bloodwork is showing that I infact had the chickenpox but that I also currently have it. My doctor said she has never heard of this before. My bloodwork on March 4th said that I was infected and my repeat bloodwork on April  4th said that I still have it but it is decreasing in percentage. She also wants me to go for an amino in about 10 days. This will give me a 100% answer if I was infected.

I have to be honest.. I want to scream. I am trying not to breakdown but its just so much. I'll update again after my visit at the children's hospital

oh my goodness.  At least now it sounds like they are trying to help you instead of giving you the "easy" way out  FOR THEM (termination)!  good luck and keep us posted.

I think it's good that they propose the amnio, to check if the baby is infected.
I'm hoping it's not and everything will be fine for both of you. Hang in there and keep us posted!
