tingling sensation on my lower abdomen
I've been experiencing tingling sensation on my lower abdomen in the afternoon particularly when I'm about to go home from the office. I just found out that I'm pregnant this week. I don't know if it's just psychological but I'm kinda worried. I'm on my 5th week now.

I wouldn't worry (I know its hard) until you have severe cramping and/or bleeding....sometimes we can do things like that to ourselves!!  Good luck!!

Cramping is a normal pregnancy symptom!

You should call your doctor if the cramping becomes painful and is accompanied by bleeding. Otherwise premenstrual-like cramps are normal. It is your uterus expanding and the ligaments supporting the uterus stretching!

Congrats!
