My FEET HURT so bad...

Yesterday was a busy day, I was on my feet a lot. I went walking, went to the pool, went to a birthday party, and then went for another walk! By the end of the night my feet were hurting so badly I could barley touch them!! They were slightly swollen as well...
does anyone know what causes the pain? I swelled a lot with my daughter right around this same time as well... I just had to keep my feet up a lot. But what's up with this pain??

Yeah, actually having my feet rubbed hurts!!! I would love a foot massage but it really does hurt! I am just trying not to be on my feet as much... I feel SO bad for you girls who are servers... poor you!! I can only imagine how bad ya'lls feet hurt after work...

...hmmm my feet feel fine.. it's my ankles that have been driving me INSANE the last few days. Anyone else having severe ankle pain? They're not swelling or anything, just aching and hurting no matter what I'm doing or not doing or whether I ice or put heat on them. I tried drinking tons of water (since I already drink a lot I barely got out of the bathroom I peed so much) and nothing is helping!

Oh geez I know exactly what you mean! I work as a server at a restuarant and I swear my feet KILL me after work. The good thing though is foot rubs! I get them almost every day after work and after a little warm water and rest they feel fine again. I think its just one of those ways our bodies tell us we've been doing too much. :)

The extra weight and pressure from the baby is probably causing your feet to hurt.  When you are pregnant the arches of your feet a pressed and flattened a little which causes less support and more pain.  I know how you feel.  I am 17 weeks and started my new job last week.  I thought I got comfortable shoes but man do my feet hurt just after one day of work.  They never hurt so bad.  Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.
