Normal feeling?

I'm 35 weeks friday and since this past weekend I've been feeling back ache here and there...not constant but my lower back kills at times along with my hips aching! Thinking I may pay this chiropractor a visit shortly.
I also have been feeling more pressure. I know he's head down but I've been getting more pressure and small shooting pains in my cervix...that's about the best way to describe things. Is this all normal this early?
This is my first and sometimes have no idea what I'm feeling or whether or not to get worried about anything. LOL This is all getting so nerve racking!!

Yep its all normal. The lower back pain is because the baby is putting pressure on your nerves and he may have dropped so he is heavier and now putting even MORE pressure down there which messes with the ligaments in your hips as well. Also when they start to drop their heads start to rest right on your cervix and so whenever they move it makes a shooting pain in your cervix that feels like someone is knifing you. All of these feels are totally normal and don't mean that you'll deliver anytime soon but it does mean that things are progressing and that your body is getting ready to have that baby! :)
