Ok Ladies, Is this a faint positive?

So I took this test at 12.30am when I got up to feed my son and it took longer than like 30 sec (packet says takes up to 3 minutes but he was crying) to show up so I was going to check after feeding him but fell asleep. When I looked at it around 5am even in my dim bedroom I thought I saw a faint 2nd line so rushed to bathroom under bright light and still there.

It's a lot clearer in life than on camera because I dropped my camera so it doesn't focus/zoom well. Please let me know what you think.
