Pain around my vagina and abdominal cramping

I'm 30 weeks along and at 26 weeks I was having menstrual like cramping and contractions but was not dilated and I was not in preterm labor. The past two days I have had the menstrual like cramping only it's twice as bad and it hurts to walk or turn in bed. When I walk I feel like my vagina is sore and when I'm in bed the cramps hurt most on the left side but they travel all over my abdominal region. Is this normal or should I be worried?

It's not normal cramping. It hurts so bad I want to cry :/ which I have a good pain tolerance which is why I'm concerned.

I have the same pains sometimes too.  My doctor told me it's my bodies way of saying slow down, rest, also he said to make sure bladder is empty then to drink water. Try different positions when ur laying down it can help the baby get in a better position for u. Also, don't wear anything constricting to ur abdoman loose clothes r the best!! I hope this helps, good luck.

Its normal. Since its mainly on one side it is probably the baby pushing against a nerve. Also, cramping can be from not drinking enough water. If you are having cramping drink 2 full glasses of water, put your feet up and rest and if it hasn't gone away within 2 hours contact your doctor.
