not pumping enough at work!!!!

Helppppp!! i just returnerd back to work after 3 months off from having baby girl. I never had to pump too much becasue i was always right there to feed her.  but now i was rushed back to work didnt have time to build a stash and shes killed my entire stash. im trying to pump 2-3 times a day but i barely get 3-4 oz. i bought the mothers milk tea but havent had time to start taking it regularly..iom trying to consume 3-4 waters daily but i get so busy. I had oatmeal today..i dont knw what else to do..but im not able to keep up with what shes eating.
