Due October 13th

I'm 36 weeks. I been having really bad leg cramps at night and when it goes away, my leg feels sore. My feet hurt alot. I can't stand on them for long periods of time. I been getting sick and throwing up, getting dizzy and feel like I'm going to faint. Any one else has any of these signs?

I used to get horrible leg cramps at night and my midwife suggested a banana and a glass of milk before bed... now I swear by it! I've not had cramps since starting this routine :)

I've been going through the same symptoms. Keep your feet up as much as you can. Potassium, magnesium, and water. See if you can get someone to massage your calves for 5-10 minutes every other day. And do 5 minutes of stretching before laying down or putting your feet up. Like standing on your tip toes. Sit, bend your knee, & pull your toes towards your body. Standing with flat feet, reach as far as possible to your feet without bending your knees. And also try squats, grab a table or dresser and rest in the position for 30 seconds. Hope that helps!
