What prenatal vitamins are you taking and what do you think of them?

I am on one that combined the vitamins with the stool softener. I like it tastes like chocolate. What are you taking? Do you like them? Have you noticed anything good or challenging about what you are taking?

I was having trouble sleeping and figured out that it was consistent with whem i took my pills at night. There's tons of b vitamins in mine so I figured that was giving me extra energy.  Now I take them with an afternoon snack and I get to sleep with no problems.

this is going to look funny b/c I'm not sure if they'll block the name out, but..

I also have the gummy prenatal vitamins from walmart..
the brand is "S p r i n g  V a l l e y" -- they have DHA & Folic Acid.. I also take 2 a day, they're fruity & have like a sugary coating on them.. super yummy!

I can NOT swallow pills, so I was already looking for an alternative before I even thought about getting pregnant lol

I take a gummy prenantal from walmart. You take 2 but I've not thrown them up yet. They seem to be better than the horse pills that the doctor gave me. I bought them over the counter and they are fruity!

At first I was taking a prenatal with fish oil, and that made my morning sickness like 10 times worse lol. They were a liquid gel cap - I do not recommend them if you are having any hint of nausea. I then switched to Women's One A Day Prenatal, which I take at night before I sleep and they are working much better for me. I am still having a heck of a time sleeping, but I can't pinpoint why I am so restless. Good luck! I hope you found one that works well for you! :)

I use bellybear and I tell you I thought they would be better than just the pill. They are chewable tablets. But taste like chalk I would Not recommend them! Good luck.

I'm taking a multi-vitamin from *******. My midwife has used that for prenatals for her clients for years and she loves the results. It's really smooth and goes down well. I gag easily but these haven't been a problem so far. Sometimes there's one that has a little taste but I just swallow quickly and then it's gone.
