16w- stomach tightness

Omg this is weird. Very uncomfortable. My stomach and back keep getting this stomach tightness then it goes away. No bleeding or anything. Is this normal. Literally feels like I'm being squeezed

I had the same issue I'm glad someone had experienced this so I knew what it's was.

I go to the dr Friday so I'll ask about it then. It was kinda painful the second time but idk. Maybe I was just scared and my mind made it worse than it is.

As long as they're not painful and your not bleeding then it's nothing to worry about :) I look at it as my uterus will be super ready by October if it's practicing now lol

It's like I can't breathe when their happening. They've happened twice within 3 hours. So scary

Yes it's like the other ladies said. I've been having them as early as 5 week's. Never heard of anyone having them that early. I wonder if it's bc I had a csection & uterus is weaker. Anyway, I have no pain either & I'm 14+4.

Yep normal. Just asked my doc about this today cause I get it at work all the time. She said just keep drinking plenty of water. It's just Braxton hicks :)

Its braxton hicks contractions. Your body is just practicing for the real thing. Take care
