Cramps

hello I am 8 weeks and are having terrible cramps in stomach. What do I do?

I get cramps too, im 7w5d and just had a scan today and showed everything fine! Mine felt like period cramps and would come and go...its meant to be your uterus stretching. Get yourself checked for peace of mind

Is there any spotting with these cramps? I think u should go to the DR and see what's going on just to be on the safe side
