Tummy Issues?

This is a slightly tmi. Sorry in advance. But I'm bouncing back and forth between constipation and tummy cramps with diarrhea.

Has anyone been in this spot? Any suggestions?

I take it until it goes to that yt? Hen I stop but I don't eat nothing fried baked or grilled n my vegetables n soy milk bc I can't drink regular milk. N that has helped me n eating plenty of fruit Yhe Miralax will help u go but once it gets soft don't do it every day do it every other day bc it will give u the diarrhea.

I have the same issue! I haven't been taking anything to help the constipation because it ends up switching to diarrhea then back again. I prepare my meals, no tv dinners, frozen pizzas, etc, and limit my dairy intake since I can't handle a lot of lactose. I eat healthy already so I'm at a loss as to what to do too. Suggestions would be great!
