I don't bother roasting the cauliflower, I just puree the whole head. And I don't bother with the bacon. I usually add carrots, potatoes and twice the amount of kale

I've been using a lot of crock pot recipes bc now that I am preggo I am SO exhausted by the time I get home from work and it's nice to just have dinner already prepared. For crockpot recipes, I love making chicken fajitas, sausage and peppers, and chicken and corn chowder. Also there are a lot of great healthy casserole recipes that require cooked chicken. I will put the chicken in the crockpot with my preferred seasonings before work, and by the time I get home, all I have to do is assemble the casserole and put it in the oven! That chicken also tastes good on a homemade salad if you start to feel too lazy for a casserole :) I hope th is helps!
