lower back pain help!!!

I have lower back pain on my left side. I am 5week 2days pregnant I am scared that it may be something wrong. I would like to know if y'all experience this before and if it's normal.

Cramping is common during early stages.ill be 6 weeks tomorrow.went to the dr today and asked two diff drs about this and got the same answer.unless u start bleeding,not spotting,your ok.
