At this point I think you are supposed to gain around 1lb a week. This is when the baby is growing the most so you will gain more. I would just try to make sure you are eating proper amounts and to watch how much sugar you have. There are charts based on what you weighed before that show how much you will probably gain during pregnancy.
I'm 22weeks and I eat a lot I can say but I gained 1.5lbs,I'm quite worried because I'm considered as underweight and I'm scared the baby is not growing much
I have no idea what is actually normal but i weighed 53kg before i got pregnant, i am 24weeks and weigh 62kg!!!
I was told 4 pounds per month.
I use the weight tracker thing on the I'm expecting app...I'm 22 weeks with #7 and have gained a little under 10lbs but is says 6-12 lbs is normal for 22 weeks. I would just try to make sure you're eating healthy and getting a good amount of physical activity in just to stay healthy. I gained way too much with my first but lost 90% after having him.
