When to announce?

When are you all planning on announcing your pregnancy? What have you done in the past?

We decided to tell everyone when I'm seven months pregnant I'm bearly three months and have a daughter who is one year old

We told our parents and siblings within a few days of finding out and we were going to wait until 8 weeks, hoping we'd have an Ob appointment and make sure everything was good. But the Dr office kept delaying our first appointment so we told everyone at 7 weeks so I wouldn't have to keep hiding my nausea and we hated keeping it a secret!

This is my 7 th pregnancy 3 live little boys.  Last one ended at 10 weeks so we are waiting this time to tell people.

Ive told my side of the family but as for my hubbys side no one knows and dont think we are going to tell them untill baby arrives either we dont talk to them or get along with them so im fine with just my side knowing

Don't think we will ever announce until we actually have the baby. My family was absolutely negative towards my first and last pregnancy this time I don't think anyone deserves to know. I'm way too sensitive right now to take anyone's negative and judgmental opinions about our lives. Only people know is our close friends.

Certain family members for me spread news like wild fire so I'm not letting them know but quite a few people know. Still waiting for easter to tell them.

We made the decision to tell people right away. It's a personal choice for everyone, but our thought process was first off definite excitement and secondly if something bad did happen I'd rather people know so we have a support system right away. I've seen too many people try and cope with it on their own. Whenever you decide to tell it would be perfect!!

I am 10 wks 4 days and we've already told everyone! We told just immediate family almost as soon as we found out! After our ultrasound at my 20 wk appointment we decided to go ahead and put it on Facebook. Too exciting to keep it to ourselves!

I'm planning on easter day to tell my family. I would be 13 weeks 2 days with my second baby. My first is 4 so she would be very excited
