Okay ladies.......I know I can't post about this everyday but I just feel awful.  I had to run to the toilet at least 15 times last night.  And then I would just dry heave.  Well, it just decided to wait until this morning (which I figured) and as soon as I leaned over to brush my teeth.......well, I'm sure you can guess what happened next.

I just feel awful and needed to share.........

I feel your pain...I am so weak, I can barely stand up without getting dizzy...I feel like I am on a tugboat! But I am so happy because of the reason...I have been ttc for three years and it gives me joy, although it makes me green, to have the nausea! LOL

Oh that was me yesterday. I was just curled around the toilet half the day. I have to say that the zofran is saving my life so far. I haven't had so much as a dry heave since I started taking it.

I am so glad to hear that about the Zofran.  I took Phenergan the last time around, and it didn't do much for me.  It just made me really sleepy.  It was a better sleeping pill than anything.

I just called, not 2 minutes ago, asking for some Zofran.  I hope they will give it to me.  My doc is on vacation this week and I don't see him until next Friday, which seems like an eternity right now!!!!  So, I left a message for the nurse.  I really hope they will just do it.  My husband and I are suppose to go the a Rockets (basketball) game tonight.  We are suppose to go with DH's cousin and the cousin's wife.  Can I just tell you how much I do not feel like going???  I don't think I am going to be very good company at all and I feel like ****.  The good news.......I am taking the day off tomorrow!!!!!

I hope the Zofran continues to help you and pray that it helps me too.  It seems these medicines help some and don't help others, so I hope I am in your category :)

Bad news.....The nurse just called me back and said they won't give me a prescription until they see me.  I was afraid of that!!!!  I just don't know how I will make it another week and 2 days......I seriously feel like I could cry.....

Well i must say im not good friends with the toilet:)  But, when i do feel nauseated or feel it coming on, i eat some crackers, and i drink a white soda, it seems to help.

I did phenagren my last pregnancy it didn't do anything for me either...except sleep and vomit. I am on Zofran now, it does seem to help. We are trying to avoid a PICC line as I've had IV's during my last 3 pregnancies.

Well ladies, please say a prayer for me that I can wait until next frickin Friday (1-30) and that I will make it that long.  Every hour is excruciating (sp??)!!!!

I can not believe they didn't give you the script! That is so stupid. If I was in texas I would bring some over to your house. I just looked at mine today and they gave me three refils. I guess some drs are funny about that kind of thing.

Next Friday?? That's just mean.  I might be a little bit of a brat, but maybe you should try calling and tell them you haven't been able to hold down liquids for 11 hours. Tell them you are dying and need it right now!

I agree with NicMom call them. Say you've been vomiting up fluids everytime you drink. They will write you a script; if they think you are going to loose weight or get dehydrated.

they gave me maxalon said phenergan wasnt safe, i havent had to use it yet as im not sick but i know how your feeling with my 2 boys i was the same i hated that hot feeling you got before you were going to be sick :(

Well ladies.....I got my Zofran, but it didn't help me :(  And it was super expensive too!!!  I guess I will just have to wait it out.........Thanks for all of your support and suggestions!!!

Oh Michele, I undertand...the Zofran is helping with the nausea, my new issue because of it...constipation!!! from one extreme to the next...I am so uncomfortable right now...I really hope you feel better!

100% pure prune juice! My sister in law turned me onto that a few days ago and it worked like a charm! You can get it at the grocerie store. Sunkist makes it and it's not expensive at all. Costs slightly more than soda. Results within 24 hours.
