over excited yet restless

Good nite ladies, jus a little opinion am seeking.Now i am 9.4wks and as many of you all have notice most of your tenderness is subsiding although it might be temporally. well currently my back feels a bit  tense, and my legs are restless, so i wanted to know if any of you all are going through this, you won't believe how help full you all being  to me , as i don't have any one close to me prego as well. i am feeling so excited, but all alone.thanks for reading. lol

I wish I knew exactly what would help, but I don't.  I do suggest taking a warm bath.  That very well may help with all of that.  I get the restless leg thing too, but it is normally much later in my pregnancy.  Thank God too, because this sickness has been awful!!!!

I've heard eating banana's can help with the leg issue.

amberd is right bananas help with the muscle cramps in your legs and I bet a warm bath before bed would calm you down a bit. Feel better.
