It is so easy, you have the option of keeping it private, letting your friends see, or sharing it with everyone. It's a great new feature that graphs your moods and symptoms so you can easily compare from day to day!

haha... thats the best part. then at least we know that we arent the only moody ones out there!! lol i call myself a psycho cuz my mood swings are so unpredictable!
