JUST A liTTlE CONCERNED..

i went for my 17 week check up and when we were hearing the baby's heartbeat she showed me the doppler and it read 161 .. isnt that a little high or is that normal..
i asked my dr and she said that it was fine & i meant to ask what the heart ranges from but i guess im being a worry bug since its my first pregnancy ..!!

Yup! Very normal! 120-180 is the normal range, like jenntanis said. My baby's heart rate seems to be right around 150.

Normal. I track the hb at home and it goes from 150 to 165. Maybe it's a girl!

I think the range is 120-180.  161 sounds fine.

That is completely normal and healthy!  I forget the range but 161 is definitely normal.  My little guy has always been around the 150-160 range.
