Thanks ladies for the support as always you are the only ones who really understand! Oh and they can't assist a labor before 36 weeks because of hospital policy. Since I'm not in danger and the baby seems to be doing fine there isn't any emergency call for it.

Dont be sorry Nicole, i think we will all be missing in action once we all start experiencing some crazyness with our pregnancy.  I am turning into a complete B***h bcuz i am so miserable(cant sleep, breathe, hurts to get out bed etc.) im ready to start the new chapter.  We understand, i just hope things go as you want them to go and you dont have to suffer to much longer.  You and bella are still in my prayers.

Well it's good to hear that the let you go home.  Why wouldn't they brake your water?  Is it just because you're not beyond your due date?  Sounds kind of silly to me because you've been in and out of the hospital for the past month and they have givien you a pump to keep the baby in, but it's not working, she wants out!!  Oh well I guess, the longer she's in there, the better she'll be in the long run!  You're in my thoughts and prays!

I got up around 5 am and the contractions had slowed to 7 minutes so they let me go. I have mixed emotions at this point. I'm so sore and tired and just ready for this to be over, but at the same time I know that one more week inside would be good for the baby. The dr and nurses were really nice they all felt sorry for me. They said if I was just one more week ahead they would have just broken my bag of water and moved things along to help me. As it is they can't assist labor at all, but at the same time they don't do anything to stop it. I'm 3cm now "through and through" I guess as of yesterday morning I was just over 2cm, but only on the bottom ring of the cervix now it's 3 all the way straight up to her head. They can feel her head now.

What to do now is my call. The ob said walking around and activity could stimulate labor again, but again they won't break my water so that has to happen on it's own. Once I get to 4cm I stay at the hospital until she is born or I get to 36 weeks. Or I can try to take it easy and double up on the tributaline pump to stall things for a week. Because I'm breaking through the meds now they don't really think that will work.

The nurse estimates that I will go in the next few days and the ob thinks I have another week.

I will say I hope I get just a little bit better before it starts up again because I'm having a hard time with the breathing during contractions because of my bronchotitis. Coughing while having a contraction is NO FUN. They were strong last night you know the little bumps that come up on the strip for an NST look like waves. Mine were 3 minutes apart and so strong that the top of the contractions were off the paper stip.

This is kind of crazy. The exact same thing happened when I had my son. Because of his gestational age they wouldn't assist labor so they gave me drugs put me to sleep and sent me home. Then that night at 11pm my water broke. I'm feeling a little funny today wondering if history is about to repeat itself.

Anyhow I'm sorry medhelp friends that I've been so crazy for the last two weeks. I've been bad about keeping in touch with people and checking in on everyone. With the hospital visits and being so sick I've just been pretty side tracked.

I'll be sure to update again later today and let you all know if the contractions go back to 3 minutes or what happens.

Thanks!

Nicole

So cervix has only changed a little going to give me moraphine and let me sleep. Won't help progress labor but also they won't try to stop it. Updating between contractions from my blackberry.
