*HeartBeats*

Hey ladies I just wanted to know how many weeks you were when you heard you little ones heart beat for the first time??
We are all different so I thought it would be fun....

I heard my little ones hear beat for the first time at 11 weeks, however it took about 15 min to find it and the baby just kept moving so it was hard to hear it for more then 1 min.

By 6 weeks you should see a heartbeat, however, if you ovulated later than normal the month you got pregnant it would put your dates off, making you not as far along as you thought.  WAit until you have the repeat ultrasound.  You very well may have a heartbeat by then.  IF not then you have most likely had a missed miscarriage.  Best of luck.  I hope everything turns out well!

Did your doctor check by vaginal ultrasound? You can usually see this by 6 weeks,  but the dates could be off. I would have a recheck in a week or so. Good luck.

At my 14 weeks doctor appointment I wasn't able to hear the heartbeat, but they did find baby and baby was perfectly healthy.
A week later at 14w5d though I met the lady I'll be having as a midwife, and she tried and found it right away! It was so beautiful <3

I heard my baby's heartbeat at 12 weeks with doppler.
With my first an second pregnancy I was MUCh larger and couldnt hear HB till I was closer to 17 weeks.
Im not as large as I was so it was easier to hear this time!
The sweetest sound in the world LOL

At 9 weeks I saw the heartbeat on the ultrasound, but we didn't try listening to it...at my doctors though at 10 weeks he tried to find it but couldn't.
I go back in to see my doctor on Monday though, and I'll be 14w2d by then so we should be able to hear it for sure!

I finally just got to hear it today at almost 15 weeks. They tried before, but think that the machines they have just wern't sensitive enough. I saw the heartbeat at 7 weeks though.

I heard the heartbeat on ultrasound at 7wks. I heard the heartbeat on doppler at 10wks and I have one at home so I listen every few days. I'm now 15wks 5days.  I get my next ultrasound on April 8th to find out the sex I can't wait!

i also have a home doppler and can sometimes pick up my little one's heart beat...i also pick up the placenta and a bunch of other stuff....im pretty sure its the baby's heart beat because my doppler will read 150+ for a few seconds and then go back down

i cant wait til my ob can find the heart beat so i know if what im hearing is actually the heartbeat...there's so much noise in there :)

I havent heard by baby's heartbeat yet however I have seen the heart beating. I saw it at my 12 week ultrasound. I was a little disappointed, I went to the doctors when I was 11 weeks pregnant and he wouldn't check for the heartbeat saying that we wouldn't hear anything. I was hoping he would try but he didn't.
