Sippy cup and juice

What type of sippy cup do you use? I've tried tommee tippy and she can't figure it out yet. I also have a nuby and nuk since the spout is silicone she just bites down on it and gets a little bit in her mouth. She doesn't suck on it. I tried it myself to see how hard you have to suck and it's pretty hard.

I usually just put water in them. I haven't found a juice yet that she likes. I've tried apple juice, apple cider with cherry juice and white grape juice. She wont drink juice out of a bottle either.

I forgot I had a tommee tippy cup in my cabinet we used it today and it doesn't require much sucking to get the juice out. She actually got a good bit out and I had a juicy juice fruit punch in it she made an awful face each time she took a drink. I then put water in it and she had no problem with it. I guess she just doesn't like juice.

I got some playtex cups on sale and with coupons for 99 cents so I may try these without the spill proof valve. I wish the tommee tippy cups weren't so expensive.

Finn uses the Nuk one with the silicone top - for months he just shook it or gummed it but now he will drink water from it but only when he is really thirsty and only if I hold it up to his mouth - it does look like he has to suck harder on this than his bottle.  His favorite way to drink water is out of our cups - he loves it and it is so cute (well, until he decides to put his hand in the water). We have not given any juice yet, only water. I am supposed to be giving him juice?

Kylie has a Nuk one, and we also have 2 others that I for the life of me can't think of the name of. They have handles, and a little spout. Since she can't really suck out of them yet, we took out the rubber white piece and she just tips it out and it spills out.

Kylie drinks a few different juices (per recommendation of her pediatrician for constipation) like apple juice, pear juice, prune juice and she sometimes has small sips of my cranberry juice.

i think the ones i use are nuk ez cup. i also have a nuk one that sounds like what you are talking about and i cannot get anything out of it. look up the ez cup ones. they have a bit faster flow than a bottle and the silicone tops. we use this for her milk and juice.
