This may be a stupid question but when are our babies 4 months old - it is at 16 weeks or is it 4 months to the date of birth?  Finn was born Sept 3rd but is 16 weeks this Friday - so is he 4 months on Friday or on January 3rd?  The months versus weeks thing is throwing me off - just like in pregnancy (at least we don't have trimesters to deal with!).

As jscoch said it's from the date of birth.  Like my lily will be 4 months on September 10th but she'll be 17 1/2 weeks that day also.

its 4 months from the date of birth. otherwise your baby would be one before their actual birthday :)

I've been wondering the same thing. It's so confusing!!! I get something in my email saying how old Kylie is and I just got one saying she is 15 weeks old today, but she technically won't be 4 months until January 8th.
