Okay, so I am not alone!  I will check into the nasal spray.  Right now I am just using the netty pot thing.  My other issue is a heat rash I've developed on my belly, arms and legs.  My doc said to use 1% hydrocortisone, so I'm hoping that will resolve in a few days.

My allergies also playing up.

However, nasal antihistamine sprays are ok.  I am now using mine and finally have some relief.

There are some antiallergy meds safe during pregnancy, so do discuss with your doctor what to do if the symptoms get too bad.

I have this pain as well and like you I have a lingering cyst.  My allergies have started up and it definitely is not easy trying to maintain it without my allergy meds:(

Yesssss!!!!! I have this, it hurts so bad it takes your breath away for a second! It quick and sharp! I get it when I sneeze or get up to fast! My doctor said its normal the pain I get is in the middle and to the right! That's the side I ovulated from and have a large cyst ( corpus lutem) I dunno but I'm glad I'm not the only one!

You are SO funny. If I'm lying a certain way, I feel a deep sharp pain when I sneeze that seriously feels like the placenta is going to detach from my uterus, LOL..I mean it's that bad. Like I did a quick tear. I go to the Dr. on Thursday and was going to ask but think it may be kind of silly. I have had it on both sides and think I remember it my last pregnancy too.  I think it's normal but glad you mentioned it too!
