Baby movement

I am currently 18 wks 5 days with my 2nd child. With my 1st i felt my daughter move at 15 wks an Eva since she was a busy body bt this baby idk i guess it has a case of the lazy spell bt it also concerned me cause i wanna feel movement so i knw he/she is alright. Is there any other 2nd time moms with the same situation as mine.

Crazy! I have been experiencing the same worries! I did start to feel this baby move much, much sooner than my first however it really has been sporadic and sometimes I'll go days without feeling anything. I'm going to talk to my midwife about it and see what she says. I did have my 19 week ultrasound and everything is perfectly normal so not sure what it is, maybe just because I'm on the go chasing a toddler around so much more! Or maybe it means this baby, Zenith, will be a better sleeper than my daughter, Anna!

I hit 20 weeks yesterday and all of a sudden my little one started moving a bit. Not as much as my first one, but enough for me to not feel worried anymore. Still only at the top of my uterus though. I also realized that my husband was watching our son a bit yesterday. I think this little one might have been moving more before, but I was just too busy running after my oldest to notice it. Hope this helps.

When I do feel movement it is either way at the top of my uterus or down by my cervix.

Yeah they will tell u at ur ultrasound...I had an anterior placenta with my first and same this time, but on top of it is partial previa :( anterior placenta makes u feel the baby move later on because the placenta is in front not ur baby...

I have no clue where my placenta is, but I'm hoping to find out something like that at my ultrasound.

I'm experiencing the same thing. My first was always moving. Now I'm 19wk 5d pregnant with my second and am lucky to feel a little flutter or two a day. Sometimes I go 2-3 days between movements. It's really starting to worry me. Thank god I have an ultrasound in 4 days. Hopefully that will reassure me a little.
