Rest

So they tell you to get all the rest and sleep you can before your baby gets here but I'm having a hard time. Being uncomfy, too hot, worrying , dreaming. Anything seems to keep me up. At least tonite there is a beautiful monsoon storm out, rain lightening show and thunder is something to look at while I can't sleep

Lol my thoughts exactly when will we! I don't think we will even know what sleep is!!  My son with be 3 in Decemeber and I keep thinking "can I do this???" lol my family lives so far away and husband works way to much I'm going to be all on my own this time. : /

Yepp! Goodness an attention loving 3 yr old and a new.born yikes! I'm nervous. When will I sleep? Lol

I'm the same way. I know I need to enjoy the quiet now and rest as much as possible cause Its going to be hard with 2 kids but I can't. Lol I ended up staying up till 3 am last night. The main reason was I was sick from my glueclose test i did earlier that day but I was also watching the storm we had.  I know I'm going to regret not taking advantage of being able to sleep when my daughter comes but its hard. Your not alone. :0)

try taking a walk, or light exercise, something to use up what energy you have, try eating some turkey it has a natural sleep aid in it.. If you cant sleep atleast get as much rest as you can by watching a movie, reading a book, or anything you find restful, good luck.
