:( 9 week ultrasound n the gestational sac empty

I had first ultrasound today n the gest. Sac was empty, the doc said it kud be that my dates are off but i think its unlikely. She said if it wasnt my dates the  the baby stoped growing :'(. I have another ultrasound in a week to see if anything chahes... has this happened to anyinw
