Heating Pads While Pregnant
I hear that it's bad for you to use a heating pad while your pregnant, I'm 13 weeks and having serious back pain. I heard it raises your temperature , but it's actually never done that to me, but I still don't want to use something that's not safe?
heating pads are actually recommended by doctors to use in moderation for pain relieve..
You can use it at a moderate temperature. And for short periods of time. I have with all three pregnacys
I've heard that it's safe so long as your not putting it on your stomach and it's only occasional.
