Mild Cramping Aches& Pains

Hello everyone,

I am 9 weeks preg..My est. Due date is Sept.9th 2013.
I have an u/s on the 21st of this month to find out for sure.
I also have an 11 month old daughter.
Well this past week I have been very paranoid/worried,i have been having very
irritable mild cramping throughout my lower abdomen,hip,and groin areas.
I have not had any spotting so far(LORD forbid), Also I have been havin slight bulging in my lower left hip area on &,off Is this my uterus?..but I am very scared that something is wrong.
I remember having mild cramps with my daughter in the beginning but not quite this often.
Im not sure if it is because my uterus is stretching again& wasnt done healing& I am preg again so soon after my
Daughter,or if there is an impending miscarriage,or possible ectopic preg....So many things are running through my head and its very stressful.So please can someone calm my,nerves.
Has anyone been thru the same& had a succesful pregnancy?

I am almost 9 weeks n feeling mild cramps too "/ idk if its bcuz im more aware of my symptoms nowbut im not sure i felt cramps this far along before. Today i felt an increased amount of cm with a small hint of blood. . Im worried too... keep me updated
