Okay I keep craving Starbucks frappuccino an I've heard so many different things about coffee. I've read all over the Web that it's safe an unsafe. I drank one today an I'm just making sure it's ok to drink at least a cup a week? :o
Ask your doctor to make sure but I have also read both good and bad things about coffee. If you must just limit your coffee consumption. I would say once a week and make it a tall decaf wouldn't be too bad. I as an avid Starbucks coffee drinker have definitely cut back a load.
My doctor isn't dumb if your saying it hurts or messes up your baby then all my siblings an I would be messed up but we are not! my mom drank coffee non decaf with all of us I didn't know till I asked my dad about it. I drink one cup every other week. I'm not messing my child up. So don't say things unless you have facts that things are horrible when they aren't.
