Does anyone know how many teas do we have to drink to get contractions I've drinked 3 teas all day and nothing hasn't happened.
If you want to soften your cervix or get your contractions on a roll what's worked for me is pineapple, walking, sex.. It's helped me thin, dilate & Contract every 5-10 mins. My sister walked around Walmart for an hour, drank 4Tbs castor oil then ate a whole pineapple an had sex when she was 37w5d an had her baby 6 hours later. Castor oil does give you loose bm's so be careful if you take it an don't take on empty stomach you will get sick.
