second hand smoke around my unborn baby

I have just started working as evs at the casino and I find out im 8weeks pregnant and now im 10weeks and my dr said that second hand smoke doesnt harm the fetus but im scared that it will I wasn't ever around any smoke with my first baby and now I have to be unless I quit working there, will second hand smoke harm my unborn baby

Yes, it can.  New studies show a connection to all sorts of undesirable effects on the baby including later attention deficit disorder.  I would ask if you can be assigned somewhere in the casino where there is not smoke, or look for a different job.
