Breech Baby

Went for my ultrasound on the 11th and was told my daughter is breech. Everything kinda started making sense because I always felt her kicks really low. The doctors are going to wait to see if she turns around on her own, but I don't think she will because she has been in this position since I first started feeling her kick (16 wks). My other 2 kids were head down from the very beginning, so I don't know what to expect. Has anyone ever dealt with this before?

My baby is breech too. I'm 22 weeks. I wouldn't worry until it's closer to the due date, baby should turn on its own.

I don't know for sure but I think she turned around. I started feeling her movements near my ribs. It's hard to tell which body part it is though lol

I wouldn't worry about it, they have so much room in there right now, they can position themselves however they want. However, as real estate becomes limited after 30 weeks, they usually turn head down because that's the most comfortable way to fit. Some babies don't turn until the last week's.

I was worried after an ER ultrasound reported the baby being breech @ 15wks. However at my 21wk appointment he was turned! (sigh) I'm confident at 24wks he is still head down and will stay that way.

I'm 23 weeks and seen my doctor on Wednesday, May 25, 16 my baby is breech too. My doc say its normal if you have more than one child with pregnancy. That in your 3 trimester the baby will turn around head down for labor. My baby was breech around 13 weeks and back to normal. Then Wednesday it was breech again.

Maybe ask your OB to check your cervix to see if thinning. Sometime its happen and baby could breech and early labor too.

Ha! Lol. Sorry. My 1st wiggled and moved so much! He was in a different spot/position every day. This one is my 2nd. He was heads down until 1 week ago. We still have plenty of time for them to go back to heads down.
