13 weeks and still vomiting. Anyone?

This is my first pregnancy and I'm 13 weeks and some days but I'm still vomiting a lot. Is this normal. Sometimes now I'm scared to eat. Any suggestions on what I could to to ease the nausea?

I almost can't stand any soft drinks. I just hate the taste. Even coke tastes like cough syrup. Anyway I'll definitely check into the hospital and see how my baby is doing and if I can get any help with the sickness.

I had sickness all the way through with my last pregnancy, I had a thing called Hyperemesis Gravardium which is extreme sickness. I'm currently 8weeks with twins and HG is already rearing it's ugly head. May be worth speaking to your doctor if you can't keep anything down xx

Thanks a lot for the response. I'm really happy to hear this. I was already getting worried and was going to go the the hospital. I'm still worried that my baby isn't getting enough nutrition but I'll try this and see how it goes.

I'm not gonna lie..I know I don't eat like I'm suppose to. I eat mabey 1 or 2 times a day.. I always feel nauseous and don't want to eat. But I force myself to eat. Even though I think she isn't getting enough nutrition my doctor says she is developing just like she is suppose to. Try sprite or gingerale also it helps. Just sip on it slow.

I wish i could tell you the nausea will go away but I'm 32 weeks with my first.. and I still sometimes get morning sickness. And be scared to eat.. But if you make yourself eat something like saltine crackers or plain lays chips something with salt.. It seems to help me. After u eat some crackers the nausea eases a little where u can eat something heavier. Then u will feel better..at least it works for me
