Zantac but talk to your Dr. I was weary about it at first but it works miracles

My dr. Told me Dairy Was a big thing that causes heart burn. Some of my friends swear by Apple cider vinegar. I've never tried it because I'm afraid it will make me throw up. Tums only help me alittle so I normally just deal with it.

Water makes my heartburn so much worse!! Call your doctor.. around that time my heartburn was horrible also & they told me I could take otc zantac! But call them first! I never did.. but I'm 23 weeks now and It isn't gone..but has gotten better! Hopefully it helps you to!

Sometimes water will help. Or a little coke due to the carbonation will help. Something really acidic will help. Doctors proved a while back that the acidity will get rid of it.
