1st trimester woes

Hi all! I'm currently 6 weeks 5 days and oh man... The pleasure of morning sickness! Other than the nausea and vomiting, I'm also coughing a lot and the phlegm is making my chest and nose super congested. I've read that you'll have more mucus build up during pregnancy, so is it normal to feel this congested during the first trimester? Any advise on how to make the congestion better?

I think it might be the cold virus plus the mucus. Maybe it'll get better in the 2nd trimester? Hahaha. Fingers crossed!

I'm 7 weeks and 3 days and I've had what feels like a stuffy nose, but I don't think coughing and chest congestion is part of it. It is cold and flu season  so maybe you have a cold? I could be wrong though.
