24 weeks struggling with sleep

Every time I try to get to sleep she starts to move and it's not like little kicks. it's like she is throwing herself form one side to the other and it keeps me up any way I can get her to be calm. I am tossing and turning I get comfy then she decides she will force a knee or elbow into my ribs  I turn and she does the same. I'm just so tired.

Away bless your heart :( Try to avoid sugary foods and drinks before bed and just stick with one position because she's gonna just keep moving every time you switch positions. Pillows help for supporting the belly!
