25 weeks menstrual like cramps, back pain

Anyone have menstrual like cramps and back pain when nearing or in the third trimester? This didn't happen with my other pregnancies. It has been happening for 4 days, no bleeding...but when I called my OB the attendant seemed unsure and said "probably normal"...I've never gone into labor, I've always been induced so I don't really know exactly what natural labor feels like.

This happened to me around 35 weeks and it ended up being a UTI. Definitely get it checked out! Make sure you're also hydrated!

I would call your doc. When I had menstrual like cramping, my doc told me to go to labor and delivery to see if they were actual contractions and to see if my cervix was closed. It ended up being nothing, but it definitely put my mind at ease.

I am having the same as you, I'm also turning 24 weeks on Saturday. I went to the hospital the day before yesterday and my midwife said to just stay hydrated as much as I can. I'm starting to get a lot of headaches as well. I hope you feel better soon!
