8 weeks, 3 days and bleeding

I started bleeding yesterday and had a huge panic. Emergency ultrasound found a hypochoic collection adjacent to the gestational sac measuring 2.1 x 1.5 x 2.8 cm which suggests a subchorionic hemorrhage.  There was also a mass that suggests a uterine fibroid and also a mass suggestive of a hemorrhagic follicle of my left ovary (which is where I assume the blood is coming from).  I was in no pain, no cramping or anything, which was strange to be bleeding!  Baby's heartbeat was 170 and doing great, thank God!  They put me on bed rest and no lifting until I can call and see my OB Monday. Has anyone else had this?  I am really worried about miscarriage with this hemorrhage righy next to the baby.  I guess all I can do is pray!

I had a sch that covered 30% of baby sac and went to 40% from 7 - 9 weeks. I am now 28 weeks and at my 20 week they said it was practically gone and baby was good and healthy. They don't tell you it's more common then not and usually re absorbs by 20 weeks, it's the way baby implants.  Just take it easy and relax and good luck!

I to had that with my second pregnancy.  I went to ER about 7 weeks pregnant and they told me bed rest with no lifting as well.  I had to stop working and i actually bleed about 7 -8 months out of being pregnant.  My daughter was born at 40 weeks very healthy weighting in at 6 lb 13 oz.  Just do not lift absolutely nothing heavy as it can cause strain on you and place you in a "treated miscarriage" category.
