8 weeks Is too early for a bump, It's more than likely bloating. Usually, your uterus will rise above your pubic bone around 12 weeks which will make a very small baby bump, If that. So anywhere from 12 weeks plus you may start showing, but It also depends on a lot of other factors as well like height, weight, bein' a ftm, etc. so don't be worried If your not showing around 12-15 weeks. I personally didn't have a noticeable baby bump until I was around 20 weeks.
