Abdominal pain

I'm 23 weeks && everytime I have intercourse my stomach aches idk if its cramping or like contracting or what but it hurts && its usually only on one side at a time I try to massage it out but I cant . also sometimes I feel like my baby is sitting super super low && I feel like my uterus is close to falling out if I strain a little even when I walk sometimes or turn in bed fyi I have hidden vericose veins in my uterus area so idk if this stuff is normal or not I'm confused && idk what I should do I have 2 other lods && havent had this problem before .

I was the same in sex with my first i found changing position i.e doggy was better for me as i was always holdibg my side or pressure like stitch in my belly. Dont know about vericose veins. If your worried speak to midwife or doctor.
